The F-bunker Gallery is located in the underpass of Villa Bianca, below the Velenje ski jump, in a specially designed exhibition space. In cooperation with the Velenje Municipality and the Velenje Museum, this new addition to the cultural landscape of Velenje was conceived and realized by Črt Valenčak, an established freelance artist from Velenje. Visitors can visit the gallery during opening hours or view the exhibitions through a large viewing window, which allows them to see the exhibited works at any time. The F-bunker is considered a space with a personal touch, as during the opening hours, the designer of the gallery’s content, Črt Valenčak, provides guided tours of the exhibition. In its five years of operation, the F-bunker Gallery has found its place among lovers and creators of audio-visual art, and is currently one of the few specialized units of Slovenian museums dedicated exclusively to photography, film, and other practices of audio-visual creativity. It connects audiences with local and visiting artists who express their creativity primarily through the lens. The gallery strengthens and promotes the local photography scene through exhibitions, lectures, round tables, screenings, and other cultural events, while the exhibition program also focuses on presenting contemporary national and international creativity in the fields of photography, intermedia arts, animation, and experimental film.

Summer working hours (1 April–31 October):
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
In July and August open from Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Closed on Mondays.

Winter working hours (1 November–31 March):

Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Closed on Mondays.

Shortened working hours: December 24th and December 31st: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
